🚚 Delivery Time

We deliver nationwide through trusted courier partners. Delivery time depends on product availability:

In-Stock Products
- Inside Dhaka: 1–2 Days
- Outside Dhaka: 2–3 Days
Up-Stock Items
(Shipment currently in transit)
- Delivery within 7–14 Days
Pre-Order Items
- Delivery within 14–21 Days

📦 Delivery Process

Once your order is confirmed, you will receive a confirmation via SMS / WhatsApp / or Phone Call.
Your parcel will be shipped through trusted partners such as Pathao, Steadfast, or similar courier services.
The delivery agent will call you before handing over the product.

🔓 Open Box Policy

Your confidence in REVLIN matters to us.
We offer an Open Box Inspection Policy so you can check the product at the time of delivery.

You may return the item immediately to the delivery agent if:

✅ You received the wrong product
✅ The product is damaged or defective
✅ The item does not match the photos or description

👉 In these cases, you pay no return cost.

If you wish to return the product due to personal preference or change of mind, you may return it Instantly, but delivery charges must be paid.

⚠️ Please note: After accepting the product, change-of-mind returns or exchanges will not be applicable.

⚠️ Partial Payment Policy

In certain cases, based on previous order history or risk assessment, we may require a 10%–30% advance payment to confirm the order.
