REFUND & RETURN POLICY

At REVLIN, we provide quality women’s bags and accessories with proper care. Please read our Refund & Return Policy before placing an order.

  1. Open Box Policy

  • REVLIN provides an Open Box Policy.

  • Customers must check the product in front of the delivery person before receiving the parcel.

  • If the product is defective, damaged, incorrect, incomplete, or does not match the order, the customer must return it instantly to the delivery person.

  • After checking and receiving the parcel, REVLIN will not be liable for:

    • Change of mind

    • Personal preference

    • “Not liked” reason

    • Any later complaint

  1. Return Eligibility

Return will be accepted only if:

  • The product is defective, damaged, incorrect, or incomplete.

  • The size, color, or product variation does not match the order.

  • The issue is found at the time of delivery under our Open Box Policy.

  1. Product Conditions

To qualify for a return:

  • The product must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and undamaged.

  • The product must be returned with original packaging/box.

  • All tags, freebies, manuals, and accessories must be included.

  1. If Parcel Is Received Without Opening

  • If the customer receives the parcel without opening it in front of the delivery person, a raw and unedited unboxing video must be provided for any complaint.

  • The video must clearly show the full parcel opening process from the beginning.

  • Edited, cut, paused, or incomplete videos will not be accepted.

  • Any issue must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.

  1. Return & Refund Process

  • After receiving the return request, our customer service team will verify the claim.

  • If approved, the product will be collected from the customer.

  • Once the product reaches our warehouse, it will be inspected.

  • If the product meets our return conditions, the refund will be processed within 7 working days.

  • Refund will be processed through the customer’s preferred payment method.

  • REVLIN products are mostly imported fashion accessories and not manufactured by us.

  • Product color may slightly vary due to lighting, photography, or device screen settings.

  • REVLIN reserves the right to reject any return, refund, or claim request if the above conditions are not properly followed.
